Hello yoga fans and actors! I am thrilled to be teaching at Lea Marlene Actor’s Studio and The Namastage Theatre! I have been studying the Meisner technique for almost 3 years at the studio and now I get the incredible opportunity to teach yoga at the same place where my passion began. I obtained my yoga certification at The Little Yoga Studio in Boulder. I have been practicing yoga for most of my life and enjoy bringing wholeness and wellness into the lives of others. When I am not perfecting my craft in asana or acting, I am spending time with family or nature and spreading joy! I am beyond excited to meet all of you!
